Through mental performance coaching, I help hockey players break through mental barriers that hold them back and reach their full potential—on and off the ice. Together, we strengthen confidence, focus, and resilience while developing the habits, behaviors, and routines that fuel consistent performance.

My mission is to help players perform at their highest level - even when it’s hard and when motivation starts to fade. Behind every great hockey player is a team, and that includes the parents. My role is to also take the pressure off the parents by guiding your player through the mental side of the game, so you can simply enjoy watching them play and supporting them in their journey. With the right mindset, players can transform pressure into purpose, setbacks into growth, and effort into lasting results.

I’m Gina Garrity, a Mental Performance Coach trained by Brian Cain, one of the world’s leading mental performance experts who has coached elite NCAA programs, Olympians, and professional athletes. Through personalized coaching, I help players develop the tools to stay composed, confident, and focused no matter what the game throws their way.

You’ll learn how to control your nerves, recover quickly from mistakes, and turn stress into a source of strength—so you can play with confidence and clear focus every time you hit the ice. I’ll also guide you in building strong habits and routines that help you make the most of your time and energy, keeping you locked in on what matters most.
